A: We hand roast our coffee in small batches at our craft roasting facility in New York's Hudson Valley. We care for each bean in each batch. Our pride in quality and craftsmanship separates us from mass producers.
Roasting and blending in small batches allows us to produce a coffee that's deep and rich yet free of that dirty and bitter aftertaste. The extra care is worth it because we know we're giving you the best coffee, every day.
